So I missed last week but there was nothing new to report really! Just getting bigger and actually looking pregnant! Wish it was the cute round bump some people get, but is is more spread out and twice as big at night as in the morning!
How big is baby: 33 weeks-durian fruit, whatever that is! Lol!
Total weight change: This morning I was at my starting weight, yesterday I was down 2 i dont know! At my dr appt last week I was up half a pound.
Symptoms: really achy right hip at night makes sleeping not fun! Heartburn way better with a higher zantac dose so that is nice!
Maternity clothes: Yes please, it is like wearing jammies all day!
Stretch marks: only what I started with
Sleep: Ahhh sleep, I love you so much! But that darn hip an getting up to pee at least once a night sucks!
Best moment of this week: desk has been moved! Furniture arranged for now! Made a crib skirt with my mom that I love so much!
Miss anything: Not peeing all the time! Solid night of sleep. Sleeping my on back or belly.
Movement: She is a crazy one sometimes... I can just sit and watch my belly go insane!
Food cravings: I just love fruit still!
Food Aversions: Chicken....
Sex: Girl!
Labor signs: no way again
Belly button in or out: stretching and itching
Looking forward to: baby shower is this weekend!! Yay! I am bad and stalk my registry, going by that we are basically getting nothing, and 2 diaper pails!
Milestones: Single digit weeks!! yikes!
I am having a day though... I am supposed to be training the guy who is going to cover for me... Yeah.. he sucks. He never wants to train. I sent an email to my boss and him (oh he is my boss's son) with a list of stuff asking if he is to be trained on everything.
I get a reply from my boss stating that yes he would like him trained on everything if I get a chance to show it. I wanted to write back that I am more than willing to train him at any point I am not the one who is avoiding the training, but decided that was not the best idea.
Also in the same reply was a question asking me what I thought my availability might by while I am on leave in order to help them should they have questions. Uhh.. If I am taking STD or FMLA (I am doing both) Legally I can't work during that time off especially the STD. Not that they would find out but if they did I could not receive my benefits. So I put off responding until he cornered me in the break room and asked me. So the only response I could come up with is that I could have my laptop with me and try to check my email once or twice a week. He did not seem thrilled by that answer but whatever.
And how am I supposed to know what I will be able to do. I have never had a baby before. I am just so frustrated.
and then lets top that off with the stupid son, knowing I had a 15 bullet point list of things off the top of my head that I want to train him on sees me and asks "so is there anything that you need to show me" I just stared at him because I did not trust any words that may have come out of my mouth at that point. So after a bit he goes "well I mean you have stuff to show me but like when, later this afternoon maybe?" I responded with I am available whenever you are to show you everything. His response.... "how long do you think it is going to take?" I said well that really depends on you. So he then said "it depends on how smart I am right?" So i just said yes and walked away. Never heard from him again for the rest of the day.
I am getting so frustrated by the whole freaking thing and know I will be blamed for everything not happening because he refuses to learn. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
